Interdigital follicular cysts appear as a small swelling or cyst found where the toes meet on the top of the foot or in between the toes (digits). Figure 1. The cyst has been there for about 4 days. The tumor may appear as a small nodule, a reddish colored skin plaque, or as a papule – small and blister like in appearance, but differentiated by its lack of fluid.
